The filter design facilitates proper brewing time by regulating the filtration rate – approximately 4 minutes.
They produce coffee with clarity, complexity and a light body.
Before filtration, as the filters are made of thick paper, they must be thoroughly rinsed with hot water to remove any paper taste.
